SySDSoft’s Mobile WiMAX Base Station MAC software is fully compliant with the IEEE 802.16e Standard and Wave2 feature set.  The high modularity and flexibility of the BS MAC design enables chip manufactures to easily port it to a variety of platforms. SySDSoft’s BS MAC is independent of PHY and Upper Layers through well-defined abstraction layers enabling BS firmware upgrade and customizations due to amendments to the Standard and/or vendor differentiation needs. It is the optimum choice for ODMs/OEMs aiming to develop cost-effective base stations.
