Founded in 2002, SySDSoft is a privately-held company and employs around 110 engineers

SySDSoft specializes in embedded wireless system design and development. The company’s product portfolio includes a variety of standardized technologies such as WiMAX , Wi -Fi, Bluetooth, and Wireless USB.

SySDSoft is comprised of two business units (BU)s: Embedded Wireless BU and RF/Analog BU. The Embedded Wireless BU develops embedded baseband solutions for the Physical (PHY) and Medium Access Control (MAC) layers. The RF/Analog BU offers solutions that include modeling, simulation, architecture definition, circuit design, layout, verification and testing of RF/Analog integrated circuits.
